DLK's special shows

Entry forms for DLK's special shows (to be printed on a printer) can be downloaded here: (right-click and choose "save as"): Entry form in Word 97 format

These forms are only to be returned by an ordinary letter!
So please return the forms to:
Vivian Windfeldt Beck, Krageborgvej 9, Orup, DK-4640 Fakse, Denmark.

Alternatively you can enter electronically. Use the form below, but remember to put your e-mailadress on the form, so you kan reseive a receipt for your enrolment!
Please do not send electronically entry forms by e-mail. Please read Information before using the form.

  • that this entry is not valid until the entry fee has been fully paid
  • that all blank spaces must be filled in
  • that for dogs without a DKK pedigree, copy of the pedigree must be sent to:
